(without the "tentacles")

1. Draw a circle. Draw and extend the horizontal and vertical centerlines.

2. Construct a "two-points" circle (defined by the end-points of a centerline), between the center of circle 1 and its lefthand intersection with the horizontal centerline.

3. Construct a "two-points" circle, between the center of circle 1 and its righthand intersection with the horizontal centerline.

4. Construct a "two-points" circle, between the centers of circles 1 and 2.

5. Construct a "two-points" circle, between the centers of circles 1 and 3.

6. Construct a circle centered at the lefthand intersection of circle 1 and the horizontal centerline, tangent to circle 5 at the righthand side.

7. Construct a circle centered at the righthand intersection of circle 1 and the horizontal centerline, tangent to circle 4 at the lefthand side.

8. Construct a "two-points" circle, between the lefthand intersections of circles 1 and 7 with the horizontal centerline.

9. Construct a "two-points" circle, between the righthand intersections of circles 1 and 6 with the horizontal centerline.

10. Copy circle 1 two times, to the centers of circles 4 and 5.

11. Construct a circle centered at the upper intersection of circle 1 and the vertical centerline, tangent to circles 10 at the upper side.

12. Construct a "two-points" circle, between the lefthand intersections of circle 1 and righthand circle 10 with the horizontal centerline.

13. Copy circle 12 to the center of circle 4.

14. Copy circle 12 to the center of circle 5.

15. Construct a circle concentric to circle 13, tangent to circle 14 at the lefthand side.

16. Construct a circle concentric to circle 14, tangent to circle 13 at the righthand side.

17. Construct a circle passing through the lower intersection of circles 6 and 7, tangent to circles 15 and 16 at the lower sides.

18. Construct a "two-points" circle, between the center of circle 17 and its upper intersection with the vertical centerline.

19. Copy circle 11 to the upper intersection of circle 17 and the vertical centerline.

20. Construct a circle concentric to circle 17, tangent to circle 19 at the upper side.

21. Construct a circle concentric to circle 13, passing through the center of circle 14.

22. Construct a circle concentric to circle 14, passing through the center of circle 13.

23. Construct a circle concentric to circle 19, tangent to circles 21 and 22 at the lower sides.

24. Copy circle 23 to its lower intersection with the vertical centerline.

25. Construct a "two-points" circle, between the lower intersections of circles 17 and 24 with the vertical centerline.

26. Copy circle 25 to its lower intersection with the vertical centerline, and move this circle (copy and delete original) to its own corresponding intersection.

27. Construct a "two-points" circle, between the center of circle 26 and its upper intersection with the vertical centerline.

28. Copy circle 19 to the upper intersection of circle 26 and the vertical centerline.

29. Construct a circle concentric to circle 26, tangent to circle 28 at the upper side.

30. Construct a circle concentric to circle 13, tangent to circle 14 at the righthand side.

31. Construct a circle concentric to circle 14, tangent to circle 13 at the lefthand side.

32. Construct a circle centered at the lower intersection of circles 30 and 31, tangent to circle 25 at the upper side.

33. Construct a "two-points" circle, between the lower intersections of circles 25 and 32 with the vertical centerline.

34. Copy circle 33 to the lower intersection of circle 26 and the vertical centerline, and move it to its own corresponding intersection.

35. Construct a "two-points" circle, between the center of circle 34 and its upper intersection with the vertical centerline.

37. Construct a circle concentric to circle 34, tangent to circle 36 at the upper side.

79. Copy circles 77 and 78 as a whole three times, from the center of lefthand circle 68 to the centers of circles 13, 14 and righthand 68.

80. Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, tangent to circle 11 at the upper side.

81. Construct a circle concentric to circle 8, tangent to circle 80 at the lefthand side.

82. Copy circle 81 three times, to the centers of circles 13, 14 and righthand 68.

83. Copy circles 8 and 81 as a whole six times, to the righthand intersection of lefthand circle 68, to the lefthand intersection of righthand circle 68, and to both intersections of circles 13 and 14, all with the horizontal centerline.

84. Copy circle 71 to the lower intersection of cirle 1 and the vertical centerline.

85. Draw two parallel lines, tangent to circles 72 and 84 at both sides.

86. For clarity reasons, the results of some previous steps are left out temporarily.

Construct a circle concentric to circle 13, tangent to 5 at the righthand side.

87. Construct a circle concentric to circle 13, tangent to 16 at the righthand side.

88. Copy circles 86 and 87 as a whole to the center of circle 14.

89. Construct five circles, all concentric to circle 8, passing through the upper intersections of circle 76 with circles 15, 21, 30, 86 and 87, respectively.

90. Copy circles 89 to the center of circle 9.

91. Circles 1, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, 29, 30, 31, 34, 35, 37, 43, 44, 46, 51, 52, 54, 57, 58, 60, 64, 65, 67, 68, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 86, 87, 88, 89 and 90, and lines 85 are used for the final steps.

92. Remove all redundant parts, not visible within the formation itself.
