Draw a circle. Draw the horizontal and vertical centerlines. | ||||

Construct the inscribed hexagon (regular 6-sided polygon) of circle 1, pointing up. | ||||

Construct the inscribed circle of hexagon 2. | ||||

Draw the connecting line between the end-point of the horizontal centerline on the left and the angular point of hexagon 2 just above the horizontal centerline on the right. | ||||

Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, passing through the intersection of line 4 and the vertical centerline. | ||||

Copy circle 5 to its upper intersection with the vertical centerline, and a second one to the corresponding intersection of the first copy. | ||||

Construct the inscribed hexagon of circle 1, pointing to the right. | ||||

Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, passing through the intersections of hexagons 7 and 2. | ||||

Construct the circumscribed equilateral triangle of circle 5, pointing down. | ||||

Construct the circumscribed circle of triangle 9. | ||||

Copy circle 10 to the lower intersection of the vertical centerline and circle 8. | ||||

Construct a circle through the center of circle 1, tangent to the upgoing sides of triangle 9 below the horizontal centerline. | ||||

Copy circle 12 to the lower end-point of the vertical centerline. | ||||

Extend the vertical centerline down to the lower side of circle 11. | ||||

Copy circle 13 to the lower intersection of it with the extended vertical centerline. | ||||

Construct a circle centered on the right half of the horizontal centerline, passing through the intersections of it with circles 1 and 10, both on the right side. | ||||

Copy circle 16 to the center of circle 11. | ||||

Construct a circle with its center at the right intersection of the horizontal centerline and circle 8, tangent to circle 1 at the near side. | ||||

Copy circle 18 to the upper intersection of circle 17 and the vertical centerline. | ||||

Construct the circumscribed hexagon of circle 1, pointing up. | ||||

Construct a circle centered on the vertical centerline, passing through the upper angular point of hexagon 20, and tangent to circle 1 at the near side. | ||||

Copy circle 21 to the upper angular point of hexagon 20. | ||||

Construct the circumscribed equilateral triangle of circle 8, pointing up. | ||||

Copy circle 16 to the top of triangle 23. | ||||

Extend the vertical centerline up to the upper side of circle 24. | ||||

Copy circle 24 to its upper intersection with the extended vertical centerline. | ||||

Circles 1, 3, 6, 11, 15, 19, 22 and 26 are the ones visible in the formation. | ||||

Trim away those parts of circles 1, 3 and 11 not present in the formation. Make black those parts corresponding to standing crop (except for the upper two circles). Note, that one circle, circle 19, has its inner and outer area flattened; it is vaguely visible in the formation. This finishes the reconstruction of the 2001 Wabi Farm formation. | ||||
